RETURNS
All items purchased can be returned for a refund.

The item must be shipped back within one week of receipt of the package. The item
must be returned in the original box with tracking. Items with a retail value over $100
must be insured. The same time frame applies to international customers. Original
shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping
costs.

A refund will be issued only when the jewelry item is received in perfect condition within
the required time frame. The refund will be processed via the same method as the
original payment.

SHIPPING
All purchases are boxed, tied with decorative ribbon and shipped Priority Mail. Tracking and insurance (for items over $100 in value) are included.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Swing Lane Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during shipping.

For International customers, Swing Lane Studio is not responsible for custom fees.

BREAKAGE
My jewelry is glass that has been kiln annealed for strength and durability. With normal wear and care it should last a lifetime. Accidents do happen and I will replace a broken bead or repair a damaged chain at cost plus $20 an hour or any part of. Contact me through this website if a repair is necessary.
